I am a 1st time engagement ring shopper. I tried to educate myself about buying a diamond as it is very expensive purchase. The marketplace is filled with so many different variables it is daunting at times. I made the mistake of first going into a Big Jewelry store and almost got a horrible deal that the salesperson told me was a fantastic deal. Wow, what a rookie mistake I almost WAY over paid for! I went to Rarecarat.com and got a quick check on pricing and value and after a quick appraisal I decided to check out sellers from that site. Adiamor was one of the sites sellers and I liked that all companies were upfront about the cost, quality and specifications of the diamonds being sold. Eventually I called about a diamond I saw online and spoke to a salesperson about the process, as this was a frightening prospect to buy a diamond ring online, thousands of dollars at stake. The salesperson Karina was fantastic, she explained that it was normal to be cautious and explained the process, gave me options for ring settings as well as other diamonds. We exchanged a few emails and calls and I finally made a selection of a diamond from rarecarat.com they had online then chose a setting we discussed. She even helped to expedite my order as I wanted to propose the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Everything went smoothly. The ring was delivered to a local shipping company store near my work. I had the ring for the Sunday night dinner where I proposed and ofcourse she said Yes! She loves the ring (and me ;-) Great experience and so happy to have purchased from Adiamor and used rarecarat.com for research and shopping.

Yes, I love my new .60 D with vv1 rated diamond earrings. They are breath- taking! I received several compliements over the Thanksgiving weekend. Being able to choose and compare over such a wide variety of diamonds on-line from home was fun and exciting. Adiamor's diamonds are heads above the mall and name brand jewelers! I paid less for a higher quality of diamond and am so impressed with them. I will certainly order from Adiamor again!

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase from Adiamor. I haven't proposed yet, but the ring looks great and I am happy that I made the purchase. The customer service was great! I had a lot of questions about buying a ring online and they were able to answer them either via phone or the online chat system. I would absolutely recommend buying from Adiamor. Just make sure you study up on diamonds and look at the GIA report. I also went to a local jewelry store once I received the ring and had them check and make sure everything matched the report. I also had Rare Carat study the report as well and got a thumbs up from them.
