Customer service followed up immediately after I placed my order online to make sure everything was correct. They explained when the ring was ready it would be shipped overnight. The ring was ready in the timeframe they estimated. They shipped the ring overnight and sent me a notification. Thr next day it arrived and was just as expected. Great service.

Every guy I’ve showed at work (I work in a high paying trade) has been super impressed. It’s been called a rock so many times by my friends and hers. Her best friend, who will be a bridesmaid said “OMG, it looks like a disco ball!” I think it’s an apt comment. The combination of diamonds available, the settings and the prices sold me. The customer service really impressed me. I have a new jeweler.
