Adiamor was amazing. I had issues finalizing the purchase due to daily spending limits, but I called Adiamor customer service, and they patiently helped me through it. I received my ring...she said YES, and it was a beautiful ring that looked even better than I imagined.

My fiance absolutely loves her engagement ring! She can't stop looking at it and gets TONS of compliments. I'm thrilled with the quality. Also would like to take a minute to thank the Adiamor customer service team (specifically Art and Mark) for their assistance when FedEx dropped the ball MULTIPLE times and the ring didn't arrive before we left for vacation. They stayed on top of FedEx getting the ring re-routed to where we were staying and the proposal (although delayed by a couple of days) couldn't have gone better. Will definitely be back when it's time to purchase our wedding bands!
