Purchased a wedding ring online for my wife. I used customer service to customize the amount of prongs on a marquise diamond, they set it in 6 instead of 4 at no extra cost. Also i wanted to set up a delivery date, specifically on a certain date, so that i could be there to sign for it. It delivered overnight fedex, shipped from California to Texas and it was delivered in 1 day as promised. I never talked to a machine, i spoke with Art and Carly, they were very polite and professional. Thank you Adiamor, and the ring is more beautiful and elegant than i expected. Am proud to give this token of love to my wife.
