My husband selected my1.4Ct diamond from adiamor and had my engagement ring made by Adiamor. We also selected the matching wedding band to go with. Once we received it in the mail after only a few short weeks I was so pleasantly surprised! It came quickly in the mail, certified, and was packaged in beautiful shiny burgundy boxes. It came with the appraisal which was a few thousand more than what we paid for it. After about 2 1/2 months i noticed a small diamond in the basket that was missing. I emailed Adiamor right away to let them know what happened. Even though it was after the 30 day window for any returns they worked with me and did everything they could to help me out to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I asked about upgrading my bands to larger diamonds. I loved my original set but once I got it on my hands my husband and I both agreed that larger stones in the bands would look better on my hands. So Adiamor said they would accept the return and credit me the cost difference of the upgrade to my new bands. They sent me the return label and I sent my rings back and they had my diamond reset in the new bands. I also wanted them soldered together which they did as well. It all took only about 2-3 weeks to get my rings back. I also requested an updated appraisal and they were very happy to send me and updated one. All in all I would very Highly recommend Adiamor to anyone for spectacular service and quality!! I will definitely be buying from Adiamor again!!!
