I had purchased a loose diamond online thinking it would be easy to find a setting at any jewelry store (in person or online). Many of the settings she wanted were not for sale from the online stores without buying the diamond. Adiamor would allow us to ship the diamond or in our case, visit their office in Los Angeles, to figure out what to do. Ultimately we were able to build a hybrid of 2 settings with no additional cost, the pricing was based on what I could generate myself on their website, and their customer service was top notch. I definitely recommend them for any of your needs.
