I am happy with the purchase in general, but there was a letter to Hogwarts that was supposed to be included as well as another item that they apparently ran out of. Rather than send me an option to change or even to just give me a heads up, they just left them out. I had to reach out to find out what was going on with it. They didn't even apologize. They just said they ran out and offered me the same 10% off for additional purchases that I already had to begin with. A little effort and communication would go a long way to avoid this kind of experience and it would save them and the customer time.
