I ordered a sun and
I ordered a sun and moon. I set it when it arrived and noticed almost immediately the watch was fast. I timed it and it was 5 seconds per minute fast. I called customer service and they told me to return it for a replacement. I returned the watch. After they received the return, they forgot to ship the new watch 2 days in a row. I finally received the replacement. Same thing. 5 seconds fast per minute. They sent me the broken watch back. When I emailed customer service, I received a rude response saying they sent me a new watch. So, again, I returned the broken watch. I emailed them to make sure they received it, they said they had and the watch was being tested. Then they refunded my money without apology or explanation as to how I received two watches that were both exactly 5 seconds fast per minute. There was no attempt to make the situation right, even after wasting a month of my time. Not only do they have a poor product, but customer satisfaction and service are obviously not a priority. I will stick with Seiko from here on out. Quite an unpleasant experience, to say the least.
