my experience was not with www.demo.com but with www.orientwatchusa.com. Great experience, I like the shop app which gives you frequent updates about shipping and everything. Also the watch was really well packed and the watch's original box was not damaged in any ways (which is quite something for a box that has traveled about 7000km)
