It is not uncommon for a buyer to check their boundaries with regards to how far they can push the sellers to maximize their value during the closing process. This sale was no different with most of the push surrounding the air conditioning system. Sarah handled this difficult situation very will and managed to keep my wife 'calm' to some extent. Overall a good job with what could have been a very difficult time.
