When I was transferred to Houston, I was elated then worry sunk in at the prospect of buying a home. The agents I have had in the past seemed to always have more important clients and I was treated like just another number. When it came to the Loken Group, we were able to work with an agent who treated us like family. We were treated like absolute VIP's and I never once felt like she had any other priority other than finding us the right home to fit us. Joy told me that if she could not find me a home within 2 weeks, it was because she was not doing her job. Well we did not need 2 weeks, we were making an offer on our home with 2 days! And that was just the beginning of the process. Joy was always available and has a dedicated team of people working behind the scenes to make sure that the clients always get white glove service.
