Did not keep cool as advertised

Bought both the NACREOUS MATTRESS PAD and sheets because I had really hoped they would help to keep my latex mattress cool, or even cooler. Didn't work.

Cancel order

Said products were in stock. Notified a week later, sorry we do not have products. Cancelled order and they only reimbursed product amount, not shipping amount. Notified them that products never shipped...….so I would like that money back also.
