Unhappy with the item as it was described as small and it was not small at all! Also, unhappy I can't get a refund.

I have called multiple times and on hold with no indication of when someone will answer. I've filled out your live chat to be told that the returns department is offline and I've filled out your helpdesk return request multiple times. No answer from anyone regarding how to process a return...
