Was told my order would arrive before Xmas. It not only didn't arrive for Xmas, it just never arrived. To date I've paid $170 and received nothing.

The order was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.  I contacted FedEx and they have no Idea when it will be delivered. They just made excuses. IE: the shipper was late getting us the package, the weather ,the pandemic. FedEx sucks and now I get a response from 3D with the excuse, " once we ship ,it's out of our control". Stop making excuses and passing the buck. The product looks great ,but if you can't follow through with your guarantee there should be a discount. A guarantee of delivery on a time line obviously means nothing to this company. And everyone know FedEx can't delivery on time.

Cant understand some of the people that answer the phone. Was sent the wrong crystal. Will never order again and I do not recommend.

You can't even see your pic! You have to move it around in front of your eyes until you finally see something. When i call, the girl told me ti put against something dark. I said, i not planning to wear only black. Any way, they send me another one, but exactly the same. This place doesen't allow me to post my pictures. They know you can't see nothing.

I ordered a gift for my wife back in November. Here it is almost Christmas and I still haven't received the item. My wife's birthday has come and gone so I am planning to give it for Christmas but I have my doubts. A lot of this is shipping related but still, I have held up my end of this purchase.
