Shipping service was fine

I never received the two items that I ordered and my card was charged. I’m very disappointed. These were intended for gifts after a sudden death. Not a satisfied customer.

Horrible! Paid extra for shipping and got it late

I was only happy with 1/3 of my keychains. The second order didn’t come out good and the picture was very faint :(

Website said to go with small size for 1-2 people in photo. Photo was extremely small and hard to see. Very disappointed with finished product.
