The image looks torn. I was told it was because the image of the horse and the arm of the person needed to be separated. Seems to me they should have realized this before shipping it. They said I could return it at my expense and they would decide whether or not to refund me.

Thr 2 keychains i got turned out great but the 3D heart was a disaster. My hair looks like a mop and it started way to far back on my forehead. Very disappointed.

The quality of the product I received was unsatisfactory. Unless the lighted base which I purchased was on the image was not clear

I uploaded a picture of our dog to be placed on a heart pendant. The image is very, very, light and difficult to see. It has to be held up to the light just right to see the image. Disappointed.

Have not received the crystal yet, no update on when it’s supposed to be delivered.
