Picture is dull.

Quick response time.

I got a “Thank you for the lovely gift” phone call, but because I had it delivered to them, I have no idea how it came out, and how it was wrapped. Maybe you can send a picture to the buyer? That would definitely encourage me to give this (what I hope to be) lovely gifts: a 3D picture of themselves during a memorable occasion. Costs a little more, but it beats money in an envelope or giftcard. I’m sorry you forced me to give you a lower rating than I would have, because I cannot see what I’m rating. They did receive it promptly,

Submitted picture and picked crystal in landscape. Item was delivered in portrait. Paid extra for the base to be in landscape (I know because I also bought one in portrait). Delivery was 4 days late.

Good but lacked the depth and clarity of the "samples"
