This is the 4th 3d crystal my wife and I have bought, and although this one was nice, the image is really faint, compared with the previous ones, which were fantastic. I sent you an email from your website a week ago concerning this but had no response

I bought this gift for my boyfriend. I had a great experience with delivery and the product is beautiful. However, the base recommended for the gift is too small and it falls when spinning. What good is a beautiful gift if it will soon be a broken gift after falling repeatedly?

Great, although website did make me download an app to track package, when it didn’t really seem that necessary but, still worked out.
