Very quick delivery time and the towels were placed in a gorgeous cloth bag that is useful for other things.

Shipping was SO fast --- wasn't expecting that, since everything seems to be slow these days and blamed on Covid-19 ;) Also, I really loved how my sheets and pillows were all packaged in beautiful fabric re-usable zippered bags. NO PLASTIC!! And the paper box it was shipped in is, of course, recyclable. Or better yet, compostable :) This aspect is very important to me!

I ordered my pillows and they delivered within 48 hours. And I got a lovely personalized thank you card. Made my day
