I tried calling u guys, 4 if my perfume leaked out.. I'm very dissapointed and u guys r not answering

Ordered 4 bottles of perfume and 1 was shattered which leaked onto all the other bottles..packing was absolutely horrible..i had to pull teeth to get a refund and still only gave me store credit..lesson learned not all legit companies are good companies

E-mailed bobby's twice 5 minutes after my broken product arrived i received from them. its now been 3 days and still haven't heard anything from them..great customer service

Horrible customer service...will never shop with you again
