Your prices are good and service is quick; however there are things could be improved to enhance the customer's experience. I have actually shopped at your store and am aware that there are more items in store than online like lingerie. Think this is disadvantageous. I bought some items online (live in Barbados) and I did not receive an item (mortar and pestle) and rather than putting back the refund onto my card which I used to shop with you gave me a gift card which I did not appreciate.
