The duo is a great set, my only comment is that I would use more often if I had a set that was a bit smaller, say by 15% or so.

We purchased the carbon steel Duo a few months back. No question, the pot has been absolutely fantastic! It has displaced literally every other pot we have (save for when we need two pots at once, of course). The carbon steel skillet has been a bit more mixed for us. We really like the pan, but have had a lot of trouble with food sticking to it. As this is our first pan that we've needed to season, it's entirely possible that we've simply not been seasoning it properly. Recently we've switched up our seasoning method to better follow the instructions listed on the Proclamation Goods website (as opposed to the video they put out) and things seem to be slowly getting better. Hopefully soon we'll love the skillet just as much as we love the pot!

we like the products, but find they are somewhat heavy / bulky relative to our needs.
