The pot is big and nice, but really the star of the show is the “lid”, which is a full-on 12 “ steel pan. It’s big and heavy, perfect for electric stoves where you need something that’s gonna make full contact with the burners. Is big enough to cook a full breakfast - eggs, bacon and some toast - all in the same pan. Love it

I purchased my Carbon Steel duo a few months ago and have fallen in love with the simplicity and quality. We're a plant-based family so the seasoning/low-stickage took a little longer to hit, but the food seems to cook and taste better in both pans. We were looking for a high-quality, USA-made, minimalistic cookware set to invest in and we are thankful to have found the Duo.

Use it two or three times a week now that we cook at home more. Great.
