A poor installation experience with the crew leaving multiple gaps in the tile roof that had to be repaired. Poor financial systems with a double billing of my checking account. The panel loses communication link ( it is out now) so monitoring is not there. Panels are working.

I signed a contract in Feb and now it's June and my system is still not operational. OUC came out yesterday and swapped out the meter. I let ESA know and heard nothing. Still don't know when it will be turned on. Not to mention the damage to my ceiling that still has not been fixed. Not real happy

Selection was fine. Installation took way too long. I was lied to about promotions. Would not recommend using this company.
