I have had great support from esaSolar during the installation of my 16KW solar system. They walked me thru the complete setup (having it installed on the roof, having the electricians back to wire it and waiting for the new meter from my energy provider). They responded quickly to all emails and phone calls and I was never in the dark at any point of the process. I give them THUMBS-UP! My only downside on the entire thing was the cost was more than I originally wanted to spend, but the system will pay for itself over the years with what I think we be raising energy prices.

Installation timeline was provided upfront and sustained thru the whole process. Multiple follow-up calls to determine status and my satisfaction level was above anything I have experienced.
