I have not used my fireplace for years but the chimney outside was black with mildew and or mold. I tried straight 7.65% concentrate bleach and it lightened it up a shade or two but that is it, even after reapplication. I applied RMR 86 and in 15 seconds 90% of it disappeared I reapplied in a few spots and the other 10% was gone. There is no question, what ever mold or mildew challenge you are facing this is what you are looking for!

Fighting mildew stains is a loosing battle with toddlers in hot, humid Georgia. I have tried everything to get mildew out of our porch cushions. I know it says not use on fabric, but I figured it was worth a try since my cushions were so disgusting and I was going to replace them. This product works great on sunbrella fabric. Still waiting for the cushions to dry, but they were covered in black spots and now they look like new!!!

It cleaned up the jet ski seats without a lot of work.

Product worked as advertised. No scrubbing required. Does require good ventilation and would concur with recommendation for a mask with application. Will purchase again we needed
