I think the product worked very well compared to all other products I've used. My only concern was when I noticed the bleach content I was looking for any precautions for cushion stitching but couldnt find any. It was the weekend and I wanted to use it and everything I read had the general comments about works on boat seats etc... but in response to an info requests to RMR, on Monday received an email with instructions to use the solution on a rag and avoid the stitching or be very careful. Don't spray it on. Why couldnt this be on your webpage or an instruction pamphlet in the order. I would have rated you higher if you told me exactly how to use it and what to be careful of.

Does not work as advertised.

I am extremely disappointed in this product, as it certainly does not dissolve the mold and mildew as portrayed in the video. I used it on simple bathroom tile and grout mold stains and had to use a scrubber sponge and follow it up with a chlorine bleach cleaner to really remove it to satisfaction. Definitely need a respirator to use.

Overpriced bleach is all there is here. It works as well as chlorox and smells the same. Beware of splashing on anything not colorfast.
