Great product - sprayer nozzle not so much!

When I was preparing to re-stain my cedar home a friend suggested RMR as a pre treatment. The siding was coated in a semi-clear cedar tone stain and was about 10 years old. It was grey/black. Figuring on the high side I bought 20 gallons of RMR-86 Pro for a 3000 sq ft siding. The application was dome in a day using a backpack garden sprayer. There were some streaks. A second application and a scrub brush help some but the streaking in areas was still visible out to about 30 ft. The semi-transparent cedar stain was applied (2-coats) and worked quite well at covering the streaks. I still have a shed to do and think I will use a Wagner electric sprayer to apply the RMR. Possibly atomizing the RMR more will eliminate the streaking. Attached are before and after pictures. I am happy with the results and will recommend this product to friends.

RMR 86 was recommended by a friend. It worked great on my shower. However, it made my eyes, sinuses, and throat burn like crazy! If there was a way it could work without those side effects, I'd give it a 5.

Our first order was damaged in shipment, one that we waited a week for. We then called your customer service line to request that the replacement be sent expedited because we needed the product for a job. We where told we would get a call back but never did. The second one was sent the same way, waited another week for the product. when it arrived it was just the jug of product, no packaging. Its no wonder your product damaged in transit. Perhaps packaging your product will make situations like mine not happen.

One gallon was leaking upon delivery...about 1/3 had leaked out.
