This product works just as specified. My basement flooded awhile ago and Mold started growing on the walls. I sprayed this product on the walls and the mold is gone. I also used it on a coffee table that I had stored in the basement and was affected by the flood. The mold is gone and the table looks great. Wonderful product.

This product works extremely well. Non-toxic as well and it smells great! Use it on both of my boats and even in the home on numerous surfaces and fabric. Would recommend it in a heart beat!
