Thrilled in Texas!

My father passed away several months ago, and while we were preparing his home of 52 years for sale, the 1967 avocado green 24" gas wall oven stopped working. Two different repair guys gave us totally different answers on what parts were needed, and the manufacturer (still a major one) couldn't even help with part numbers to aid our search of the limited sources. The choices for replacement ovens that would fit the cabinet were very few, not to mention EXPENSIVE, even on sale or eBay. After weeks of worrying and searching, I stumbled online upon a Frigidaire model on Mazer's website as a scratch & dent (only one teeny flaw would be visible after install). J V Davis responded quickly to my inquiry, providing clear photos of the unit, and worked with me on the pricing so that the added shipping cost wouldn't be a budget killer. The unit was delivered to me in the DFW area about a week later. I have already sung Mazer's praises to many friends. Thanks so much!

Staff was very responsive from the start. When the fridge was missing a minor part, they immediately ordered it and had it sent directly to our home. Great experience.

Word is Bond

I am thrilled to give you a review. I was taught if you tell someone you are going to do something you do it. Jamie and Rodney did exactly what they said they were going to do when I bought a new stove. My daughter, Sherron Jinadu, called to inquire when my stove was going to be delivered. Jamie didn't have all the information in front of him at the time of her call. He told her he would give her a call back. Many businesses will tell you this but fail to follow through. Well, Jamie did exactly what he said he was going to do. He called her back and provided the exact window of time of the delivery. During this delivery, we were not able to get the old stove removed due to the gas not being unhooked. My son, paid for the removal of the old stove. A call was made to Rodney who sold us the stove and he indicated he would have a refund for my son, Hugh Hardy, within a couple of days due to this portion not happening. Again, he did what he said he was going to do. This spoke volumes to me because it is so rare in these days and times. I am 90 years old and I am so happy I got a new stove and extremely pleased I purchased it from Mazers. Please continue to provide quality service because your word goes a long way. Thank you so much.

Terrific GE Monogram Refrigerator

I purchased a terrific GE Monogram refrigerator at a great price from Mazer! The sales staff was helpful and professional. The delivery men were extremely careful and conscientious while in my house and throughout the installation process. I am thrilled with my new refrigerator! Thank you Mazer Appliance!
