although customer service attempted to help by contacting the vendor, it seems my item was delivered to the wrong person and info returned was”received” so both the vendor and company dropped the ball

I’m sorry to say that I will not use this company again even if price is half what anyone else charges. Ordered an in stock item that didn’t ship out until 6 days later. Ordered my part on 24 November, received it today 7 December. Explained that this part was for emergency repair to get heat for my son.

Poor customer service. Charged for express shipping and still took 10+ days. Never answered emails and messages.

The unit I received appeared to be fine, but the fan rubbed on the housing and upon further inspection the unit was internally damaged. The installer had to bend the fan mount to the left and put self-tapping screws through the top of the unit to hold it in place. I tried to call Younits to report this and reached a number where the mailbox was full. I have pictures to verify my assertions and am very disappointed with my purchase.
