No response to emails, no idea when my product will ship, Support chat never available. It's not so much that the product has not arrived, its the lack of any sort of communication. After that they have the audacity to send me an automated email asking for feedback. Wish it were not so but it appears that this site is either a scam or run by incompetent people.

Sold item they don't manufacture anymore. They did refund, but caused me well over twice the cost as we had to make a 300mile round trip to pickup. Won't buy from again

Wrong parts were sent to my tech and customer service is fighting me to get the correct parts shipped to my tech, claiming that they sent the right parts even though I provided photo proof that the wrong parts were sent.

I ordered a part for my mini spit. Pd for it waited the 7 days and no part. Emailed company and it wasn't even shipped yet. Ordered On 7/17 by 7/24 I should have got it but it wasn't shipped until 7/29. Didn't even offer me free shipping or any type of discount. Will not order from them ever again

Part came back as discontinued/obsolete/ and unavailable. This was discovered after I ordered and paid for it. Don’t show parts you can’t get!
