The delivery company was easy to work with and the delivery was very smooth, nothing damaged, the delivery man was polite. We have had other deliveries in the past that were terrible, so I was nervous, but they really did a good job.

Very happy with the experience. The website is very easy to navigate and when I had a question I was able to speak to a human to get it answered right away. By the way, the shipping company was very good as well.

Order was processed quickly and came brand new for almost half the price of Amazon

I ordered a boiler and pumps. There was an issue where the order was in limbo as someone quit right in the middle of the process. Once I pointed it out they had something shipped right away. The second wart was the pumps got lost in transit. I saw paperwork and how it was loaded, but the packaging was damaged and the pumps were missing. Rather than me dealing with the shipping agent, they quickly (that day) had another set of pumps overnighted and on the way. So while the process was not perfect, I was treated to excellent customer service while they fixed it, and I feel that might speak better for them than a bunch of perfect orders - I'd rather know that if something goes wrong they are there for you, than a high likelihood of everything working, but if something goes wrong you don't know where you stand. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. -Dave Bissett
