Alan called me back the next day and said his warehouse guys told him they could get the second order to me soon if they substituted a better, more expensive bracket (I checked, it was)—which Alan said he'd cover at no charge if I wanted it. The next day, it all arrived, pristine shape. Within a few days, I'd installed it myself and had an a/c professional trim and test the lines, and I sit here in quiet, cool comfort. Recommended!
