Prices were good, not the lowest, but shipping had better timing guarantees and the Susan factor. I had to contact her through chat and email due to things on my end several times. Susan responded very fast and helped me, going above and beyond to reroute my shipping with FedEx until the very end. Thank you Younits. Nice to have AC back in my home.
