Like I said in my review, customer service was very helpful in sending me a replacement for the 1 that was damaged in shipping. Because these don't come in single packs, I was sent a 4 pack, so the damage was to my benefit. It was shipped and delivered within a few days.

I've always had a great experience at Yescom---I was turned on to them by Walmart when looking for good quality but inexpensive guitar cases---The price has risen sharply since 2020 when I bought my first one for $57.99 and now they cost $90.79 and I'm elderly and on poverty level social security income so budget is tight but I still find the Yescom product as very good---However I recently bought 2 Les Paul style guitar cases and one has a nasty slice in the tolex vinyl covering which I was sorry to see---I've bought many of these cases with no damage and so this one was the first substandard one---But I will be buying more cases as I need them because I still feel that for the money they're a good buy----

Upgrade the thickness of the canopy top cover and make a 9’x9’ size to fit my frame.
