I had an issue with my credit card. I called customer service and Chris helped me find the problem (an issue with the bank). He sent to me the invoice through email so that my purchase was streamlined. After i cleared up the issue with my bank, I pushed one button and my treadmill was on the way. No sitting on hold with customer service. I appreciated this very much.
My treadmill arrived in 2 days! I use it evey day and im so happy.
Im now a loyal customer of Yescomusa. I recommend them to everyone (except ups. This thing weighs 120 lbs. I tipped the ups driver for his dedication. Thanks again, man!)
