Only problem was with putting the awning together and making it stay together. I decided to use a very strong glue to make sure the awning would stay together after it was hung. The small screws did absolutely nothing to hold it. Suggest adding glue to the kit and better instructions. And hardware that works. I do love the awning it's perfect! Thanks for asking. MP
