Used the calc to determine how many lava rocks i needed. Got the delivery, need another 20 pounds. So now I have to pay for delivery of a second shipment. Free delivery at $99… my cart is at $69. Customer service wont do anything about it.

The product itself is quality, but good luck getting it to you! Unfortunately the freight company/shipping avenue this company uses isn't on time or detail oriented. Our order was nearly three weeks late, and when it finally made it, they didn't deliver with a liftgate so we were unable to receive the order. It took another few days and emails to finally get our products. The customer service on their side was responsive, but not proactive. They also did not do anything to rectify on our late shipment.

I constantly have problems with my orders , slow long delivery times . Yes I get my product eventually, but if there are any issues this company is 3rd party and unhelpful leaving you holding the bag- I won't order again

I received 4 rocks. I was not informed of that in my order. Will not order from you again.

Hello - I only received one of the five boxes ordered and have not received an update on the status. IT's been a week and a half. thank you.
