I have used and referred many people to American Fire Glass. I have had my American Fire Glass insert for about 5 years and have never had a problems with it. I even took it will me when I sold my house and bought the parts to convert it from natural gas to propane. The customer service is top notch. I would have never been able to figure out what parts I needed without them. Packaging is always nicely wrapped and arrives very fast. And the selection on Fire pans, Fire glass and install kits is through the roof. Everyone can find that they need.
