My chair arrived on time. assembly was easy - about 20 minutes. The orange color is vibrant. The leather is supple but soft. The armrests are properly padded and comfortable. The ergonomic design of the chair allows me to spend 12 hour days in it with no back ache. The height and back adjustments seem adequate to the task.

Customer service was great. Bar stools arrived when they were promised. Well built and easy to put together.
