The quality difference between this and my last chair is quite notable and I know it may sound like an exaggeration when I say it, but customer service (pre- and post-sales) is among the best I have ever experienced. Designer Ashley promptly answered all my questions via the chatbot on a late weekday night to help conclude the purchase, and Max from customer service expediently answered questions in my two emails regarding the product. I have nothing but positive things to share on my purchase and experience with Zuri Furniture.
