Product was just what we wanted!

I had a very good experience with dealing with the company, as first delivery was right away, but the glass was broken into pieces when opened the box, as soon as I called customer service and sent them the pictures they requested, A new one was sent to me and I installed it and very happy with the new blinds.

You guys were awesome. Things I loved: Guaranteed fit program took away my anxiety about ordering the wrong size. Price was most reasonable I could find. Installation was easy. Most important to me is customer service. Everyone was so nice and responsive....that is hard to find these days and most companies undervalue being pleasant...y'all did great!
