Great service and support

We've been Yale customers for more than 10 years. The entire shopping and services experience is far better than the big box stores. A big factor is that Yale services all product they sell instead of using 3rd parties. We bought a new washer and dryer in 2021, and sales consultant Stan Pendrack was great to work with. Knowledgeable and professional, he guided us to the right products for our situation.
