Paul Groux at the Hanover store was very helpful when I needed a new washing machine. I had also worked with him when I had to get a new refrigerator. The washing machine is working like a charm-it is so different than my very old one. Uses much less water but still get the clothes clean. The machine is easy to use with clear instructions for the functions if I have questions as I get used to it. The drum is huge so I can fit quite a bit more in each load so have to do laundry less frequently. The delivery went well-they even came a bit early. I was even called to see if this was OK. I was given instructions after they set it up. So far so good.
