So far, the chair is working like it's advertised.

I am very pleased with my x-chair and customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my feet not sitting flat on the floor even with the chair in the lowest position. Customer service suggested a solution of using the other wheels available. They sent the wheels within the week at no cost. I also ordered the footrest. That arrived in a damaged package and a broken edge on the footrest. Again Customer Service quickly replaced the footrest at no cost. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The chair is lovely (white leather) and comfortable. My back feels better now.

We purchased two of the X-Chairs and have been very pleased with them. They are comfortable and move easily. I put them together with my 10--year old grandson who is an expert at this point at putting them together. Hope to have years of comfortable sitting with these X-Chairs.
