Ordered the chair online, it arrived in a timely matter with all pieces and parts. Very comfortable. Would recommend.

The link to the assembly instructions didn't work. But, the enclosed instructions were sufficient. The piston didn't work initially. I had to compete the assembly then brute force the piston the first time. One of the controls doesn't work right. However, after these initial issues, the chair is quite comfortable.

I am loving my chair. , I have to say I look forward to working while my XChair wraps around my body
