X-chair was delivered on time and easy to assemble. Piece of cake.

I am pleased with the X-Chair now. It was easy to assemble. The additional features are great while sitting for some time. My wife also likes the chair and thinking about purchasing one.

I love everything about this chair. As a small guy (5'1"), fit is everything. If the fit is right, comfort follows, and that means a better work experience and improved productivity. In the competitive bicycling universe, a bike that fits the rider properly should "disappear". Back in the day, I had a bike like that built for me, and now I have an office chair that disappears under me. I just float at my desk. And with arthritis in my knees, hip, and shoulders, it's so helpful. One suggestion: Add a protective rubber sleeve that can be slipped over the bottom of the headrest bracket (see photo). Otherwise... Perfection!

Most comfortable office chair I’ve ever owned. With the ease of adjustments the chair fits like a glove. Excellent quality.
