I broke an arm on my chair. I called for a replacement arm and expected to pay for the part. The customer service representative reminded me that the chair comes with a 14 year warranty. She quickly shipped replacement for both arms without charge. I received the parts the following week. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service.

I received a non function elevator. Chair will not go up or down. Send a replacement part. I spent alot of money for your chair only to be disappointed. At this time I cannot give your company a positive recommendation. If you would like to resolve this issue you can call me 310-954-1132

Foot stool was as advertised.

The real test will be when I return to work tomorrow. So far it feels very comfortable. I got the moveable arm rests and have not figured out to lock them in place.
