Help Desk folks were helpful though there was confusion over warranties when I purchased the chair and when seeking assistance with the repair.

Chair is excellent! Had a few minor imperfections since it was refurbished. Customer Service handled my issues with the imperfections well. Shipping could be better. There was a gaping hole in the box when delivered but the chair was intact. I would definitely buy another for my home office but will splurge for the memory foam next time.

This was an excellent purchase. The chair contours to my back (great back support).
