Chairs were well packaged with all necessary hardware (even spares) to assemble the chairs. With the emailed video, and packaged hard copy instructions, assembly went smoothly. A brief emailed video demonstrated adjusting the chairs for maximum comfort. Well made chairs.

I'm 6'5 and have found the chair very comfortable and very adjustable. . . .

It took a minute for me to adjust to it. After learning how to work the massager, IT'S GREAT.

Easy to work with via "chat". Lots of info on the website. All questions answered before we ordered the chairs. Fairly easy to put together! No more slouching!
